Rare and elegant ceramic soup dish handcrafted in Rishtan by a master of Uzbek pottery. The finish on the soup dish displays the characteristic gloss of this type of craftsmanship from the 12th century created from enamel matt paints.
The master is hand-painting the paints onto the interior and exterior of this elegant ceramic soup dish.
For example, this would be an excellent gift for a keen antique collector or even simply a family member or friend.
As a piece of pottery, each dish will have its own characteristics derived from the handcrafted nature of its creation.
